There is now just one month to go until Marshals season 2 starts airing, and ahead of its arrival a brand new trailer has been unveiled.
The trailer kicks off with Luke Grimes's Kayce Dutton saying: "The Dutton family legacy was never about land. It's about always having to fight. It's like no matter where I live, someone's willing to kill for it."

The official synopsis for Marshals says: "Marshals stars Luke Grimes reprising his role as Kayce Dutton. With the Yellowstone Ranch behind him, Dutton joins an elite unit of US Marshals, combining his skills as a cowboy and Navy SEAL to bring range justice to Montana.
"Kayce and his teammates – Pete Calvin (Marshall-Green), Belle Skinner (Kebbel), Andrea Cruz (Ash Santos) and Miles Kittle (Tatanka Means) – must balance the high psychological cost of serving as the last line of defence in the region’s war on violence with their duty to their families, which for Kayce includes his son Tate (Brecken Merrill) and his confidantes Mo (Mo Brings Plenty) and Thomas Rainwater (Gil Birmingham) from the Broken Rock reservation."
Season 2 is set to start airing on Sunday 4 October on CBS in the US, and seems likely to stream on Paramount+ from the next day in the UK, although this has yet to be confirmed.

When it comes to the cast, Marque Richardson (Unprisoned) is joining the show in a new role, playing Assistant US Attorney Patrick Burns.
Meanwhile, Morgan Lindholm, who played Bullet ’N Barrel bartender and Cal’s (Logan Marshall-Green) estranged daughter Maddie, will return in an expanded role.
