An extended international break means no Match of the Day for a little while.
The Premier League is on pause until mid-October and attention turns to the start of a new UEFA Nations League campaign.
But don't worry, you'll be hearing the chimes of that famous theme tune before you know it.
The iconic football highlights show is one of the world's longest-running TV programmes, having served UK audiences since 1964, and returns for 2026/27.
Last year marked the start of a new era for MOTD, following Gary Lineker's exit, and there have been changes for the upcoming season as well.
The presenting job is still shared by Gabby Logan, Kelly Cates and Mark Chapman but four new faces have been added to an already star-studded pundit roster – Toby Alderweireld, Robbie Keane, Ashley Young and Thomas Frank – while the BBC will be making the most of their new immersive studio.
