West Ham United begin the post-Nuno Espírito Santo era with a trip to Cardiff City on Wednesday evening.
The pre-season title favourites wielded the axe after slumping to eighth in the Championship table following back-to-back home defeats to Southampton and West Brom.
Mark Noble, Steve Potts and Gerard Prenderville have taken the reins on a temporary basis until a permanent replacement is appointed.
Cardiff, promoted from League One last term, are also looking to bounce back from defeat at the weekend.
The Dragons were beaten 3-0 by Wolves, who like West Ham were playing Premier League football last term, to drop to 17th in the table.
