return with new single ‘Who’s That’.

The surprise new release is the band’s first new studio recording released since 2022, and it’s a massive return, a slice of widescreen Homeland rock.

Out now, ‘Who’s That’ was built by band leader Adam Granduciel at his Burbank studio compound, and the lyrics confront difficult emotions.

Amid the propulsive full band arrangement, Adam Granduciel sings “Did I blow it? // Did it just explode? // There’s a lion hanging from my teeth // I can taste it but I can’t get close,” before reflecting, “It’s only my depression, baby.”

“’ was written in 10 minutes somewhere between first coffee and school drop off,” comments Granduciel. “It’s a song about trying to love yourself despite things we can’t always control, like the anxiety, depression and self-doubt that may stand in the way of living the life we truly desire.”

Out now, ‘Who’s That’ is accompanied by a Max Flick-directed video, tracking Granduciel on a surreal late-night stroll around the streets of Burbank.
