When it came to star-studded front rows at London Fashion Week, took the cake. Joan Collins, and even Michelle Visage were among the guests at the retailer’s first-ever fashion show, held at London’s Design Museum.
Celebrating 100 years of British style, the show marked a century since the retailer first began selling clothing in 1926 and showcased its latest menswear collection, designed entirely by the brand’s in-house fashion team.
“This collection reflects the confidence and ambition of M&S Menswear today, while staying true to the style, quality and value that have long defined M&S,” says Mitch Hughes, Director of M&S Men’s.
From outerwear and selvedge denim to tailoring and knitwear, the collection covers all bases, with half of the pieces priced at under £50. The best part? There’s no six-month wait for the runway to reach the rails. Following the show, the collection went live online, with pieces landing in stores shortly after. Here are the nine pieces we’re adding to cart.

The collection was all about refining the classics, and this wool-blend car coat does exactly that. Cut with a clean silhouette and finished with a contrasting collar, it’s a timeless layer with just enough detail to keep things interesting.

Eveningwear made simple. With a subtle velvet sheen and double-breasted cut, this jacket works just as well with a roll-neck as it does with a crisp white shirt. A little polish, without feeling too formal.

Is there a jacket cooler than the classic aviator? Finished with a cosy shearling collar and rich brown finish, this one brings a little vintage attitude to an everyday wardrobe staple.

M&S is placing its bets on red as the colour of the year, with the bold hue appearing throughout the collection. The easiest way to work it into your wardrobe? Use it as a layering piece. This roll-neck jumper adds just the right hit of colour under a jacket or coat.

A good boot can make the outfit, and these leather ones might just be the most versatile. With their clean silhouette and polished finish, they work just as well with tailoring as they do with denim, making them an easy everyday staple.

Workwear isn’t going anywhere in menswear, and this waxed jacket gives the classic a polished update. Finished with a contrasting leather collar, it has all the practicality of traditional workwear with a smarter edge.

When it comes to autumn wardrobes, jumpers do all the heavy lifting. This one comes in a striking Yves Klein-inspired ultramarine blue, bringing a bold hit of colour to your knitwear rotation while keeping things cosy.
