RuPaul's Drag Race UK is back for a sizzling new season and it's returning with an all-new group of celebrity guest judges.
Kicking off proceedings next week on Thursday 3 September in a new time slot of 7pm on BBC iPlayer followed by 9pm on BBC Three, RuPaul returns with a dazzling array of celebrity guests as they swoon, critique and deliberate over the fate of a fresh batch of queens in their bid to become the UK’s next Drag Race superstar.
Resident Drag Race judges Alan Carr, Graham Norton and Michelle Visage will return alongside a cohort of guest judges.
Joining the series this year is Thandiwe Newton, who is bringing Hollywood glamour to the judging panel, and if she were a drag queen, she'd be aptly named "Hannibal Trewartha".
Multi-platinum singer and songwriter Anne-Marie fulfils a lifelong ambition of serving judgement, who said: "What a dream to be a part of Ru’s Drag Race. Surrounded by beautiful people all day! I loved it and I can’t wait to watch the whole season."

Kadiff Kirwan also joins the judging panel. Asked of his experience on the show, Kirwan said: "Still floating and never want to come down from the queer fever dream that was being a guest judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK Season 8. It was everything one could want and more. RuPaul’s beauty, wicked humour and energy confirmed why SHE is the only queen I bow to."
Style icon Michèle Lamy, comedian Michelle de Swarte, pop icon Rick Astley, supermodel Erin O'Connor, West End sensation Layton Williams and '80s frontman Martin Fry all sashay onto the mainstay, rounding out the judging panel.
Drag Race fans can also look forward to cheeky cameo appearances from actor Arian Nik (Daddy Issues, The Split Up), popstar Duncan James, supermodel Kristen McMenamy, musical theatre royalty Mazz Murray, dance pop duo Booty Luv and beloved queen-whipping choreographer Claudimar Neto!
