The alt-pop all-rounder has had a hectic summer, playing high profile sets at in Japan, in Chicago, and in London.
“I like keeping busy, but I like uninterrupted busy. I’m a real methodical artist and I really care about the smallest details, keeping everything immersive and making the best decisions. Not necessarily the right ones, but the most interesting, the most fun and the most free ones.”
New album ‘Life 1’ is out on October 1st, and it will be released via his own label .
The record will be accompanied by a 22-date North American tour, while wistful single ‘Life 1 (where did the time go)’ is out now.
