will be released in November via her otta's new label löyly. The album follows her 2025 EP and was recorded during a period of chronic fatigue that followed a coronavirus infection.

New single "MEZZANINE" offers a glimpse into otta's next chapter, as she explains: "It gets a bit abstract, but it's also pop music… There are multiple narratives occurring — the instrumentation is kind of a whole story in itself. It was really addictive to work on, I played around with it for ages, mainly just because it was so much fun. It is sort of like a big painting, nothing is just surface level or as it seems."

All of the album's instrumentation was performed by otta alone, with Dilip Harris (King Krule, Little Dragon) on mixing. Spending time listening to the world throughout her period of illness, she incorporated sound of birds, planes and more, with the samples forming the album's textures. At the same time, otta also explores global rhythms, taking inspiration from Lisbon, and pulling from bossa nova grooves.
