Brother Wallace’s spirited sunset performance marked the conclusion of the Piano Stage’s secret sessions which included surprise appearances from thredd, Madra Salach and Jeffrey Lewis.

He shared a soul-igniting cover of Al Green's "Let's Stay Together" alongside cuts from his debut album released earlier this year: a statement of identity from an artist whose joy feels earned, gospel-rooted and built for stages both intimate and expansive.

To conclude his performance, he invited everyone to sing happy birthday to End of the Road to celebrate it's 20th anniversary edition. "It's been twenty years and it's still just the beginning," he said.
