Swedish songwriter has shared plans for new album ‘Love, Isak’.

The singer is cresting a wave right now, with his song ‘Goodbye To A Lover Again’ going viral.

Smashing its way across social media, ‘Goodbye To A Lover Again’ finds Isak speaking his truth, a tale of dating, longing, and disappointment as a gay man.

According to Isak, the track reflects “my view on the gay dating culture, and how it’s so driven by a pursuit of validation, attention and sex. How difficult it is to form lasting bonds and how it slowly breaks down your self-esteem.”

Following this, Isak Danielson has laid out plans for his new album. ‘Love, Isak’ will be released on January 22nd, with the songwriter introducing his next chapter by commenting:

This album is about learning to live again after heartbreak, without ever fully escaping the person you once loved. I wrote this album during a time when so much was happening in my life. I was going through every emotion possible, and I think that’s why I’m so proud of it. I love music that makes you feel something, and I hope this album can do that. I hope you see yourself, connect with your own experiences, and let every emotion you feel be felt.
