"Circadian Heart" is Frances' first new release since her 2025 album, Nestled in Tangles. Discussing the track, she shares: “‘Circadian Heart’ is a look into the relational pattern of choosing unavailable people and trying to get them to choose me back, only to find that I have to stop chasing and learn to choose me in the end. How we’ll break our own hearts to feel familiar pain, until we choose a new way that is softer and more reciprocal.”

The song also comes alongside a music video shot in the Waterfall Glen State Park, directed by Derrick Alexander, and edited by Frances herself.

Frances is currently touring the United Kingdom and Europe, with remaining shows at Brighton's Mutations Festival, a London headline, and appearances at at Antigua Fabrica Estrella Damm in Spain and Mucho Flow Festival in Portugal.
