The announcement of follows Gone Future's previous singles "Something Else", "Nightcap", and "Lifetime", all of which appear on the EP. New single "PIG!!", which features a guest appearance from PNKSLM labelmate ShitKid (aka Åsa Söderqvist), lands as the latest preview of the collection of songs.

"When I wrote these lyrics, I could just hear Åsa's voice singing them with me," explains vocalist Nicki Dar. "I hadn't seen Åsa in years, but I still considered myself a friend of hers, having first met her at the beginning of both our careers, when we played together at a music festival in the summer of 2016. When we got to the venue, she had finished all the beer in her own dressing room and almost all the ones in ours."

"At first, I was furious," Dar continues. "I had met my superior. Giving it just a little more thought, I realised we'd probably be better friends than enemies. I reached out to her with the demo of 'PIG!!' and asked if she wanted to come over to our studio and try a verse with me. Luckily, she loved the song and made it 1000 times better with her vocals. Such a special moment with a fellow rock legend."

"None of us thought we would play in a rock band again," the band explain of . "We had all been there before: years of stages and dressing rooms, of nights that bled into mornings, of giving everything to something that sometimes gave back and sometimes didn't. Somewhere along the way each of us had quietly let it go."

After making their live debut in Stockholm earlier this year, Gone Future will play in the UK for the first time next week ahead of the release of their EP. Alongside PNKSLM labelmates Sibille Attar and Stephanie Gilbert, they will be part of a label take over The Social in London on 20 October.
