Geordie Greep Shows Cancelled Following Sexual Misconduct Allegations

has cancelled a number of American show following allegations of sexual misconduct.

The UK musician is on tour across North America, but fans attending a show in Vancouver this week were handed print outs alleging sexual misconduct by the musician.

According to reports, Geordie Greep told his band to remain backstage, and the musician addressed the crowd.

“So essentially what happened last night, me and some of the band, we went out to some bars, we went around, we met people, and ended up in a situation where, really late at a house party, I got the wrong end of the stick with someone that was there, and I made a move, and it didn’t come off and I really quickly, of course, apologised,” . “It was a complete misunderstanding on my part, and I felt extremely bad, and I feel extremely sorry, and am extremely upset about the whole situation. I would never rape a woman. I’m not a rapist. It’s not how that went down.”

Following this, Geordie Greep has pulled shows in Boise, Salt Lake City, Boulder, Denver, and Omaha – each have either been listed as cancelled on each venue’s website or no longer appear.

One American performance, in Des Moines, is still scheduled to take place, while Geordie Greep is set to play a short European run in November.

Geordie Greep has not issued an official statement.
