The songwriter enjoyed a stellar summer, catching our ear with singles such as the radiant ‘The Way I Love’ and her gorgeous ode ‘Mine’.

New EP ‘I Meant To Say’ , with her rather fine single ‘All This Time’ tapping into the fading rays of the summer sun.

The lithe, warming Bossa-tinged groove points to a Brazilian influence, with Faye Meana’s pop-soul vocal somehow pinning down some fleeting emotions.

Describing it as “a true love song”, ‘All This Time’ finds the London artist learning to display her emotions.

“‘All This Time’ is a true love song. I wrote it while reflecting on a period when I had been sitting on my feelings for someone without saying anything, scared but also so sure at the same time. I wanted to capture that moment right before you finally let someone in, because I think that’s the most special part. I started the song a few years ago but never finished it. It came back to mind last year, and I ended up finishing it spontaneously in one session,” Faye shares.
