"Sleep" follows lead single "Radio Station", and arrives alongside a live session video taped in the London 4AD studio by Cuan Roche.

The song originated when Tonra was in Paris on her own. She recorded a demo of it in her hotel, with the original recording mostly carried over into the final cut with a looping acoustic guitar melody. Tonra describes the song as “something that I’d dance to!”, with the energy of it being “late night, after hours”.
