Often revelatory, the taut 10-track running order casts a spell, taking Eden Samara far beyond the confines of her prior work.

In a recent press statement she notes that “one of the threads running through this record is learning to honour the natural flow of people arriving and leaving our lives, without holding on too tightly” – in some ways, ‘Odyssey’ is the sound of Eden Samara learning to let go.
