It's almost time to dive into Crystal Lake, with the Friday 13th prequel series officially confirming its UK release date.
All eight episodes of the show will drop on Sky and NOW on 19 October - four days behind the US release date, so fans this side of the pond will have to be a little patient.
Alongside the release date announcement, chilling new snaps of Linda Cardellini, who's playing protective mother Pam Voorhees, have been unveiled.
Giving us a glimpse as to what we can expect from the gory new series, one shot shows a blood-spattered Pam screaming while raising a machete above her head, while another sees her skulking about in the bushes.
Crystal Lake, written by Brad Caleb Kane, is set to expand the world of Friday 13th and will also star William Catlett, Devin Kessler, Cameron Scoggins and Gwendolyn Sundstrom.

It'll show Pam grieving following the death of her young son Jason, with the synopsis reading: "A prequel to the Friday the 13th franchise, Crystal Lake follows single mother Pam Voorhees (Linda Cardellini) who has been unable to shake her grief after her young, sickly son Jason tragically drowned in the town lake almost a year before.
"When two strangers arrive at Pam's door digging into her past, a disturbing chain of events is set into motion, leaving the townspeople of Crystal Lake wondering: just who is Pam Voorhees?"
There are 12 Friday 13th films (so if you're planning on catching up on the franchise before the series comes out, you'd better get started!).
