Out now, new single ‘Gets Like Dat’ re-affirms the multi-dimensional nature of Ceebo’s approach to UK rap. Joined by South London legend Blanco – a key figure in the rise of UK drill and now a noted solo artist – the pair muse on the strictures and struggles of being an artist.

It’s a revealing moment – it’s surprising to hear people being so open on the mic, and it’s delivered with undoubted flair.

A song like this gets to show the people what I actually went through, so my verse means a lot to me, the whole song means a lot.”
