Irish group return with new single ‘the dom perignons’.

The Dublin-based group have always pulled from different sonic sources, with their early mixtapes displaying an incredible sense of eclecticism.

A series of singles this summer have seen Bricknasty recalibrate their sound, with new EP ‘forever’ presenting them in full flow.

Out on November 6th via Jorja Smith’s FAMM imprint, the seven-track project was written and completed in just a few week.

New single ‘the dom perignons’ taps into the bubbly froth of 2000 R&B, the zesty electronics underpinning a fun, pop-adjacent song that aims for directness and melodic simplicity.

The group’s comments:

“Before, we made it rocket science, but it’s not rocket science. It’s easy – just nice riffs, nice parts…”

Tune in now.
