North London rapper pulls out all the stops on new project ‘file_1’.

The rapper has impressed with a string of viral singles and freestyle moments, blending the chaotic energy of first wave grime with a future-forward 2k26 outlook.

New project ‘file_1’ is essential listening, a boundary-less sonic outburst from a rapper with bars for days.

Flexing with his eclecticism, Nori packs his life down on to one project, with ‘file_1’ relishing a devout sense of autobiography.

“file_1’ is essentially an expression of everything I’ve been through in my life”, explains Nori. “I’m a big Zelda nerd, and the first time you play that game, you click file_1 and it represents the first time you ever enter that world. I feel like I’m inviting listeners into my world in the same way. I touch on things that I feel, my beliefs, emotional turmoil and some of the struggles that I’ve had.”

“It’s pretty open and honest, reflective and even grateful in parts. But I don’t forget to have fun with it either. I just hope the stories and things I talk about can help people find answers to any questions they might have, or help them with anything they’ve got going on in their lives.”
