Out now via Atlantic Records, ‘GET MEAN’ recalibrates the duo’s synth-infused alt-pop from a different angle. A project forged in love, and  ended their romantic relationship in 2024, before opting to continue with the band.

This process forms the backdrop of new album ‘GET MEAN’ – a challenging, forever open listen that offers a window into the cycle of heartbreak, loss, and continuation.

Featuring 12 pristine tracks recorded at eight locations across the USA and through to Mexico and Italy, reference points range from Metric through to OMD.

Cold Wave that has learned to melt a little in the light of grief, Boy Harsher tackle huge moments in their personal lives, reflecting back the glare of public interest so the listener learns a little about themselves.
