billy woods and NYC garage-popper Cotillon feature on the album opener. Fellow Nettwerk signee Abby Sage and newcomers CJ's Mirra Maze are on the title track. And bossa/indie/jazz-pop visionary Mei Semones is on three songs. Lula Nova, Clarion, Korea Girl, and Hugh Pascall also appear. The full tracklist is further below.

Panchiko’s Andy Wright was suitably bizarre when he explained the concept behind the lead single, one of those featuring Semones: “I imagined a serene waltz of a car crash, whilst onlookers and soon-to-be roadkill alike all sing along watching the slow-motion collision unfold.”

was recorded in the band’s own studio and runs the gamut of hip-hop, shoegaze, and bread-and-butter pop. It follows the band’s unlikely rediscovery: after forming in Nottingham in the 1990s, a warped CD of Panchiko’s debut was later found in a charity shop, posted on 4chan, and led to their reunion. The current line-up features original members Andy Wright and Owain Davies, alongside Robert Harris, Shaun Ferreday, and Jon Nellen.

Panchiko are currently on a sold-out UK and Ireland tour, including Bristol’s Electric tonight, London’s Roundhouse on 24 October, Manchester’s New Century Hall on 28 October, Belfast’s The Belfast Empire Music Hall on 30 October, and Dublin’s Vicar Street on 31 October.

To mark the album announcement, the band will team up with JERKS and WASTE for a one-day merch event on Hackney Road, London, this Sunday 25 October, with exclusive merch and free flexi vinyl copies of the “One Car Hits Another” single.
