Art d’Ecco has shared his new album ‘Scheele’s Green’ in full.

The Vancouver artist has always been in tune with the times, but this new record contains some of his mos overtly political work to date.

The title is a literal colour – a fad for the chemical creation went wild in the 19th century, but the components gradually poisoned those who absorbed it.

His fifth album, Art d’Ecco brings his experience to the fore on a crucial record. He comments:

“It’s hard not to get gallows humour with it, but I just wanted to deliver these feelings full-fucking-throated for the first time,” Art concludes. “It’s an attitude reinvention. We’re drinking champagne as the ship’s going down. But at the same time, I’m not going to give up.”
