The two artists have known one another for some time, and always vowed to set aside time for a full length collaboration. Well, it seems the time has finally come…

New album ‘Heavy Is The Crown’ is out on October 23rd via APESHIT/Mass Appeal/EMPIRE. Check out a trailer below.

The artwork is a nod to cult film Step Brothers, and points to the nature of their friendship – it’s rooted in genuine creativity, but with an irreverence, too.

The duo first connected on the fan-favourite ‘RNP’ from Cordae’s critically acclaimed debut album ‘The Lost Boy’, and they’ve remained close ever since. A quicksilver partnership, they’ve worked together on collaborations like ‘Two Tens’ and ‘Summer Drop’, as well as a string of performances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the BET Awards, and more.
