Alfreda describes the mixtape as a collection of evolving material from her TEASERAMA! universe. It brings together previously released tracks and new material, with interludes tying together the tracklist.

New single “MOTH” revisits an affair from Alfreda’s early twenties with a guy she knew was bad news. Alfreda said: “I find comfort in making a horrible situation into a song you can dance to.” She added that it feels like a fitting introduction to the announcement, being “full of unfinished business and the chaos of an artist's brain”.

The release follows Alfreda’s mockumentary web series , in which she tries to become famous and knocks against the music industry's perils. Each segment follows a different task, such as "finding a manager" in episode 1.

She will support CATTY on a UK run starting at Glasgow’s Attic Bar on 21 November and ending at London’s Scala on 26 November, with dates in Manchester, Birmingham, and Bristol.
