6 Coronation Street spoilers next week: Ollie Driscoll arrested for attacking Jake Windass and Maggie Driscoll sleeps with Brian Packham

Another dramatic week in Weatherfield lies ahead in Coronation Street.

For The Driscolls, poor Ollie (Raphael Akuwudike) misreads a situation involving Jake Windass (Bobby Bradshaw) and Christina Boyd (Amy Robbins), which leads to him pinning the teen to the ground.

Matters then sour even further when the police arrive to arrest him.

Meanwhile, his grandmother Maggie (Pauline McLynn) is awkwardly skirting around the pub, trying to avoid a run-in with newsagent Brian Packham (Peter Gunn). The reason why? They'd slept together the night before!

Elsewhere, Sarah Platt (Tina O'Brien) prepares a makeshift weapon by placing some weighty snooker balls from the prison recreation room into an old sock.

Terrified of what the prison top dog has planned for her young son Harry (Joshua Leavy) on the outside, Sarah orders her copper ex-boyfriend Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) to intervene in the inmate's personal dramas to ensure the safety of them both.

Here's everything happening in the episodes of Coronation Street airing between Monday 24 and Friday 28 August.

Things take another difficult turn when Sally reveals that she has arranged counselling for Lucy. Although the teen reluctantly agrees to attend, the session quickly becomes an opportunity for her to unleash her anger, making it clear just how much resentment she harbours towards her new foster parents.

Back at home, Lucy’s behaviour becomes increasingly volatile. She launches a bowl of popcorn at Joanie Michaelis (Savannah Pennington), brands the family a "bunch of liars," and storms upstairs. Once safely out of sight, however, Lucy takes a secret phone call from her dad Richie (Nathan Sussex), who orders her to stick to their version of events.

What are they hiding?

Sally later admits to Tim that she is beginning to wonder whether she can cope with Lucy’s increasingly challenging behaviour. When social worker Ruth (Amy Drake) visits and carefully questions Lucy about whether she is happy living with her foster family, Lucy is faced with a crucial decision.

2. Celeste's relationship to Bernie Winter-Alahan is revealed

Todd is taken aback when Celeste (Frances Barber) turns up unexpectedly. As he sees her out, she suddenly spots Bernie across the street and hurries over, calling after her. Bernie, however, is in no mood for a reunion and gives Celeste short shrift.

Todd is left gobsmacked when the newcomer reveals the truth - she is the twin sister of Bernie’s mum.

Later, in the café, Todd breaks the news to Bernie that her auntie is dying. He suggests that, given the circumstances, now might be the perfect opportunity for them to put the past behind and reconnect.

Todd subsequently tells Bernie that Celeste’s health has taken a turn for the worse, but she remains remarkably unmoved. Later, she opens up to Dev about the bitter history between her mum and Celeste, offering an insight into what caused the family rift.

Kacey asks if Harry is the reason for Sarah’s distress, leaving her deeply unsettled when she realises that the top dog knows her son’s name.

Bethany subsequently learns from Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) that Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) has taken Harry to the home of a new friend he met through the holiday club. At the prison, Kacey reminds Sarah that she still needs Kit’s help and shows her photographs of Harry at his new friend’s house.

Desperate, Sarah calls Adam. He confirms that the youngster is at Lottie’s house, and agrees to go and pick him up immediately. Adam then questions Lottie about the photographs, but the worrying possibility that she's working with Kacey begins to emerge.

At the same time, Kit tells Bethany that he intends to threaten Kacey’s son in an attempt to make them leave them alone. He spots Brandon in the precinct and gives chase, but Bernie intervenes and warns Kit that it is time he started looking out for himself.

Back at the prison, Sarah approaches Kacey’s cell, clutching her makeshift weapon. Has she finally decided to take matters into her own hands?
