The festival runs from 7 July to 10 July 2027 at Upcote Farm, Cheltenham. New Found Glory will make their 2000trees debut with a main stage closing set and a deep cuts performance in the Forest on the Friday, celebrating 30 years as a band. They said that recently deceased bandmate Chad Gilbert would be "there in spirit". Gilbert passed away in September after many years fighting cancer. For the last few years, New Found Glory have been touring with Four Year Strong guitarist Dan O'Conno, with Gilbert playing occasional shows.

In other news, Reuben will reunite for their first ever 2000trees appearance. Their lead singer Jamie Lenman has played every stage at the festival as a solo artist, but this marks the first time his band will perform for a Trees audience. And the Menzingers return with an 10-year album anniversary show.

Other acts announced include Creeper – who first played the Cave stage in 2015 – Mannequin Pussy, Fever 333, Chalk, Bayside, Vower, and Lonely The Brave, who return with original vocalist Dave Jakes after 10 years. INME, who headlined the very first 2000trees, will perform a special 2007 anniversary set, while Cheltenham post-hardcore band Crooks play their first gig since 2016. The Revival Tour, curated by Chuck Ragan, will host a stage takeover featuring Brian Fallon and Dave Hause.

Organiser James Scarlett said he was "very proud" to reach 20 years, noting the festival remains run by the original six friends and has stayed independent while nurturing new artists alongside bigger acts.
